Dartfish, a world leader in video analysis software, has been the preferred supplier of video analysis software to the EIS since 2006, with their technology helping both coaches and athletes across a range of sports to make effective adaptations to training plans and performance through the delivery of world class video based performance analysis.

“GB Canoeing and the EIS use Dartfish software in a number of different ways to gain valuable informationl to r: Simon Briscoe, Julia Wells and Stafford Murray to feedback into the coaching process” says Wells, who has been worked with the GB Canoeing Slalom squad since 2004.

As well as Murray and Wells, fellow EIS Performance Analyst Simon Briscoe will also be amongst the presenters at the conference, being held this year at Leeds Metropolitan University, providing further insight into the use of Dartfish software with another sport, this time sailing.

Briscoe, a Performance Analyst with the Skandia Team GBR sailing team, will also provide an insight into how a successful sport utilises Dartfish technology to impact on performance.
